SUMMARY:  Print shows Charles James Fox and Lord North performing on a stage before an audience including the Prince of Wales with his mistress, Mary Robinson, also, Admiral Keppel, the Earl of Portland, Lord Cavendish, and Edmund Burke; a balloon floats a crown and sceptre above a bust of George III over which Fox holds a club.
